Located close to Marouga Beach (approximately 5-10 minutes walking distance), and close to the main road, with easy access to all utilities (such as T&TEC, WASA & Flow). The lot comprises 7,042 sq. ft. mostly rectangular in shape, level, gently sloping in topography, and it appears to be fairly drained. As an existing earth drain runs along this section of La Lune Road, however, a 2016 valuation report by Terra Caribbean indicated that some drainage infrastructural improvement is needed to facilitate proper run-off during periods of heavy and consistent rainfall.
