The unit has: a private bedroom with a queen bed, sleeping alcove with 4 bunk beds, one bathroom with a shower, seating area with television and table, full kitchen, and a large open patio facing the sea!
There are only three (3) units like this. Two are at the front, one is at the back. All are downstairs. The one at the back does not have a sea view but is close to the hot tubs at the back of the property, and it has a roll in shower for wheelchair access.
On the grounds are three (3) hot tubs, a large swimming pool, tennis court, mini mart, BBQ pits, huge area for kids to play! It has a silver star with RCI (Resorts Condominiums International) which they have maintained over the years.
Maintenance fee annually is $2763.00. Booking dates: December 15th to April 15th. You can book for 1-week anytime during that period.
